+ Section 7 - Profession Guide +

- Welcome, this section will be explaining the best part of Paradise. Professions help with earning money or helping others improve in areas they need help in. But do not worry the professions are easy to explain. Take a look below on how the setup is labeled for them.

+ The starting level and experience of the profession, the higher the level the more new things can open up for the player.

- Awesome, that explains the layout of the professions a bit. Now comes the fun of obtaining that said profession. Now professions use a Profession Dice and use the same chart as the Combat Dice.

PD - Profession Dice Chart
Modifications do not help with triggering Epic Success, only the base roll of PD.
[1 - 3] = Epic Fail
[4 - 6] = Fail
[7 - 9] = Success
[ 10 ] = Epic Success

Alchemist:
+ Alchemist
- One that has gone through harsh training and teachings in order to completely master the art of the creation of elixirs. However they have branched out becoming now just set on creating medical items but also help with offensive battle style as well.
- Level + Exp: 1 / 0/250 [Max]
- Requirement:
- Level 10
- Complete Quest, "Art of Elixir" or "Art of Transmutation"

- Drug Mixing
x. Learn the ways of mixing herbs to create drugs to counter against side effects or even poisons that kill a target.
- Requirement: Profession Lv 1
- Unlock: Drug Mixing Notebook {Page 1 Unlocked}
- Price: (-10 SP) + "Blank" Notebook

- Poison Mixing
x. Learn the ways of mixing herbs to create deadly elixirs that cause great side effects or even poison a target to kill them.
- Requirement: Profession Lv 3
- Unlock: Poison Mixing Notebook {Page 1 Unlocked}
- Price: (-30 SP) + "Blank" Notebook

- Elixir Mixing
x. Learn the ways of mixing herbs to create healing elixirs that can heal or save not just one life but multiple lives at once.
- Requirement: Profession Lv 6
- Unlock:  Elixir Mixing Notebook {Page 1 Unlocked}
- Price: (-60 SP) + "Blank" Notebook

- Transmutation
x. Learn the ways of battle but using the four classical elements and the ways of the three essential principles. Using the powerful "circles" of transmutation one creates a powerful attack of damage. That uses a Core Attribute based upon the element.
- Requirement: Profession Lv 1 + Complete "Art of Transmutation"
- Unlock: Transmutation Circle Notebook {Page 1 Unlocked} & 2 Transmutation Tattoos
- Price: (-10 SP)
- Restriction: Cannot obtain other Alchemist Skills

Assassin:
+ Assassin
- Becoming one with the shadows one travels to search of the clients target and eliminate them from existence. The school is no joke and will push the body and spirit that enters to the limit. Even if it kills the player that enters the school.
- Level + Exp: 1 / 0/250 [Max]
- Requirement:
- Level 10
- Complete Quest, "School of Shadows"

- Search & Track
x. Learn the ways of searching and tracking down a target or item that is of interest.
- Requirement: Profession Lv 1
- Effect: Able to choose a target and follow to "1" Location or Speak to "1" NPC: Assassin for Key Information.
- Recharge: 15 Minutes (irl)
- Price & Cost: (-10 SP) + (-5 SP Per Use)

- Limit Strain
x. Learn the ways pushing the body to a new level of strain.
- Requirement: Profession Lv 3
- Effect: Stamina Gauge 25% (x1.25) - 2 Turns
- Recharge 4 Turns
- Cost: (-30 SP Per Use)

- Sprint
x. Learn the ways of the assassin to improve one's speed.
- Requirement: Profession Lv 3
- Effect: Dexterity +15% (x1.15) - 2 Turns
- Recharge: 2 Turns
- Cost: (-30 SP Per Use)

- Lock-pick
x. Something is locked better call the locksmith, or just pick it and get the goods.
- Requirement: Profession Lv 6
- Effect: Break the lock based upon roll.
- Price: (-60 SP)

- Shadow Agent
x. Have an agent that hides within the shadows and gathers information in a local spot of choosing. Using the powers of the Dusk spell. The Agent will last only for 30 minutes but afterwards vanishes to transfer anything and everything its heard back to the Assassin.
- Requirement: Profession Lv 10
- Unlock: Dusk Spell - Adept: Shade
- Price: -100 SP

Blacksmith:
+ Blacksmith
- The ways of forging are great as one is able to create their own equipment and weapons. However there seems to be even better when needing the Halo to purchase newer items.
- Level + Exp: 1 / 0/250 [Max]
- Requirement:
- Level 10
- Complete Quest, "Soul of the Hammer"

- "____" Weapon Forge
x. Learn the ways of forging a weapon that is branded with a special seal to show its was created by you personally.
- Requirement: Profession Lv 1
- Effect: Forging Weapons by Type + Weapon Notebook {Page 1 Unlocked}
- Price: (-10 SP) + "Blank" Notebook

- "____" Armor Forge
x. Learn the ways of forging armor that is branded with a special seal to show its was created by you personally.
- Requirement: Profession Lv 2
- Effect: Forging Armor by Type + Armor Notebook {Page 1 Unlocked}
- Price: (-20 SP) + "Blank" Notebook

- "____" Tool Forge
x. Learn the ways of forging Tools that is branded with a special seal to show its was created by you personally.
- Requirement: Profession Lv 2
- Effect: Forging Tool by Type + Tool Notebook {Page 1 Unlocked}
- Price: (-20 SP) + "Blank" Notebook

- Metal Refining
x. Learn the ways of making the different type of metals stronger. With repeated cycles but one should be careful as over use will cause the metal to be damaged and useless.
- Requirement: Profession Lv 4
- Effect: Metal Ingot "Type" Effect +15% (x1.15)
-  Price & Cost: (-40 SP)

- Appraisal of "____"
x. Taking a look at the rarity of an Equipment, Tool or Weapon one is able to boost it by +1. But it can only be done once and it will be noted.
- Requirement: Profession Lv 6
- Effect: Rarity on "___" +1
- Price & Cost: (-10 SP)

Bounty Hunter:
+ Bounty Hunter
- Wanted targets are always on the bounty list, hunt them down turn them in for Halo. The higher the danger level the more the reward.
- Level + Exp: 1 / 0/250 [Max]
- Requirement:
- Level 10
- Complete Quest, "Hunter Academy"

+ Skill Listing +

- Search & Track
x. Learn the ways of searching and tracking down a target or item that is of interest.
- Requirement: Profession Lv 1
- Effect: Able to choose a target and follow to "1" Location or Speak to "1" NPC: Assassin for Key Information.

- Effect: Remove certain traps from "Chests"

- Lock-pick
x. Something is locked better call the locksmith, or just pick it and get the goods.
- Requirement: Profession Lv 6
- Effect: Break the lock based upon roll.
- Price: (-60 SP)

Shopkeeper:
+ Shopkeeper
- Not only do NPC's have shops but so do players. Open up a shop where there is a vacant plot within a town or outside of town in order to sell goods others are looking for or can only find at the custom shop.
- Level + Exp: 1 / 0/250 [Max]
- Requirement:
- Level 10
- Complete Quest, "The Salesman's Hand."

+ Skill Listing +

- Negotiation of Trade
x. Learn the ways of negotiations, rather it be for selling or purchasing obtaining what you need is important
- Requirement: Profession Lv 1
- Effect: Sell Costs +15% (x1.15) if Successful, Purchase Costs -15% (x.15) if Successful.
- Cost: (-10 SP)

Treasure Hunter:
+ Treasure Hunter
- Ancient treasures and rare and powerful artifacts that exist. One will hunt them down to obtain their powers for either collection or to sell in order to become rich. Greed is a powerful thing but hunting for treasure is so much fun.
- Level + Exp: 1 / 0/250 [Max]
- Requirement:
- Level 10
- Complete Quest, "Eyes on the Prize"

+ Skill Listing +

- Trap Dismantle
x. One is able to remove traps with ease.
- Requirement: Profession Lv 3
- Effect: Remove certain traps from "Chests"
- Price & Cost: (-30 SP)

- Lock-pick
x. Something is locked better call the locksmith, or just pick it and get the goods.
- Requirement: Profession Lv 4
- Effect: Break the lock, if Successful.
- Price: (-40 SP)

- Rarity Bribe
x. One knows the rarity of items by heart but this can be used to trick others as well. Tell someone the rarity of an item and increase its sell price to earn more Halo, but be careful as later on this can backfire.
- Requirement: Profession Lv 6
- Effect: Item becomes said Rarity, if Successful. Sell Price +100% (x2)
- Price: (-60 SP)
