+ Section 3 - Character Layout +

- This section is a rather important one if it should be added, why you ask well for several reasons honestly. One this section explains what the avatar you are designing will be based upon and what he/she can gain by playing within the game. So let's begin with the basic layout you will fine on your profile and on the right hand side under your Forum name.

Health: (25 x Vitality Points)
+ This determines the well being of the Character, upon hitting "0" its game over for that character they are dead now. So its best to keep this up at all times and continue to get stronger in keeping it up as well.

Combat Level: 1 (150 x C.Lv)
+ The combat level determines how strong an enemy can become for a player. It increases based upon the Experience given.

Vitality Points: 1 (25)
+ To continue getting more Health, one should place points into it. The more points the more Health the character obtains.

Experience Gauge: (0)
+ This determines how much a Character can spend to increase certain areas. Gaining EXP with the use of (Words / 2).

Stamina Gauge: (Strength + Dexterity) [Note: Works on Physical (PA) Arts]
+ This determines the fatigue of the Character's body, upon using physical arts this decreases upon usage. Once this hits "0" one cannot perform skills anymore. The stronger the physical art the more stamina will be drained.

Eonia Gauge: (Wisdom) [Note: Works on Mystical (MA) Arts]
+ This determines the fatigue of the Character's mind/will, upon using mystical arts this decrease upon usage. Once this hits "0" one cannot perform spells anymore. The stronger the mystical art the more Eonia will be drained.

+ Core Attributes +

Core Attributes Pool: CA (20)
+ This determines the amount of points that can be split into your Character at start.

Strength: STR
+ This determines the power of the Character, as well how much weight they can carry. The higher the more this power is the more damage, and things they can carry. Certain Skills require STR to cause damage

Endurance: END
+ This determines the defense of the Character, the higher this is the more the player can withstand in threads.

Dexterity: DEX
+ This determines the reflex/speed of the Character, the higher the faster the player can move. Certain Skills require Dex to cause damage.

Intelligence: INT
+ This determines the problem solving of the Character, the higher the more the rate of Experience grows. Dawn/Dusk Spells require INT to cause damage.

Wisdom: WIS
+ This determines the spirituality of the Character, the higher the wisdom, the stronger the Eonia grows.

+ Secondary Attributes +

Charm: CHR
+ This determines the social levels of the Character, the higher the charm the more influences one can place onto a NPC.

Sanity: SAN
+ This determines the Ego or mental resistance of the Character, when increased the character is less likely to be affected by torture, insanity or even mind-altering mystical arts.

Awareness: AWR
+ This determines the detection of the Character, the higher the more the character is able to notice vital clues, traps or even hiding enemies.

Luck: LUK
+ The determines the fate or chance of the Character, the higher the more one is able to find rare or higher quality encounters and items. Critical Hits usually gain improvement based upon this.

+ Resistance Attributes +

Elemental Resistance:
+ The higher the rating the less damage one takes from elemental damage.

- I hope that was easy to follow, its not to complex I hope as the more that is known the better safe a player is in battle. Now comes the fun part where its time to introduce the Skills and Spells of Paradise and how they function.

Starting core system protocol...77-68-12-12

+ Section 4 - Physical Arts & Mystical Arts Layout +

- Good, now comes the interesting part of the guide, first be aware that this world is known for magic for several millenniums now. So its common to see one at least know one decent Spell within that mind. Skills everyone uses in order to improve and get stronger in order to do battle on several different levels. To purchase Spells/Skills one has to fulfill the needed requirements. However its best to break down everything down.

< Physical Arts (PA) >
+ This uses up one's Stamina Gauge (SG) to perform certain special attacks.

< Mystical Arts (MA) >
+ This uses up one's Eonia Gauge (EG) to perform powerful and dangerous attacks.

- Got the difference between the two? Wonderful now we are able to continue on to the type of PA/MA (Armor, Combat, Extension, Free-form & Weapon.) you will be learning within Paradise. Now one is able to simply know there are four types of Sub Skills/Spells, Offensive, Defensive, Supportive, and All-Round.

+ Offensive +
( helps dealing heavy damage to one's target using the base damage + needed Core.Attribute.
+ Defensive +
( helps with keeping one safe or lower damaging during battle this helps also allies if need be.
+ Supportive +
( helps with keeping the allies alive or yourself depending on the Core.Attribute needed.
+ All-Round +
( are rare but powerful they come around once in a while to keep the other three in check as they can use many Core.Attributes to their advantage.

The skills can be triggered or always stay triggered and not never turn off, these are Inactive & Passive Skills.

- Now its time to allow you to see what you will have shown up...now below you have the basic form of skills that are able to be seen as you choose. Upon creation you get to choose the first skills and spells you wish. You also start with +10 SP to spend on whatever you want within Dojo this also shows skills that can be learn. Now remember this key note, slot expands every 8 levels. A mystical/physical art has its own EXP Gauge that increases the more characters spends EXP, its based upon 4 ranks.

Did You Know?
- Dojo's help with showing Skills that can be learned and trained. While Arcane Library's help with showing Spells that can be learned and trained.

Rank:
Novice: This unlocks the use of Novice PA/MA | EXP Requirement: 0 - 249
Adept: This unlocks the use of Adept PA/MA | EXP Requirement: 250 - 499
Expert: This unlocks the use of Expert PA/MA | EXP Requirement: 500 - 749
Advance: This unlocks the use Advance PA/MA | EXP Requirement: 750 - 1000

- Professions, this is something you are good at or wishing to try out. There is only a total of 6 Professions at the moment, the slot however does not increase unless by special means. Quests help with unlocking profession, once you complete the task then the profession can be added to you. The list of Professions are, Blacksmith, Shopkeeper, Bounty Hunter, Alchemist, Treasure Hunter & Assassin. For more information on them check out the Profession Guidelines. Characters do gain their profession until Level 10.
